2.) High BP is a factor that increases the problem of migraine.
To remedy this: – Take hot water in a bucket and then sit with your feet submerged in it. Meanwhile, keep the temperature balanced. If the water starts getting cold, then change it and keep your feet in hot water. Similarly, keeping it for 20 minutes will reduce BP by 10 units. Meanwhile, if there is a headache, wrap a wet cloth with normal temperature water around the head. This will reduce both BP and headache.
