Home remedies for instant relief of migraine

1.)  Ginger + two-three black peppers + three-four cloves + 2 lentils of sugar, crush it well, then mix it in 100 mL of water and boil the solution well. Then keep that solution handy and sip 3-4 times and drink it in half at hour interval. This will give instant relief from migraine.

2.)  High BP is a factor that increases the problem of migraine.
To remedy this: – Take hot water in a bucket and then sit with your feet submerged in it. Meanwhile, keep the temperature balanced. If the water starts getting cold, then change it and keep your feet in hot water. Similarly, keeping it for 20 minutes will reduce BP by 10 units. Meanwhile, if there is a headache, wrap a wet cloth with normal temperature water around the head. This will reduce both BP and headache.

Along with this, we should also remember that if the migraine pain is due to hunger or if there is an empty stomach at the time of pain, then we should keep eating something or the other in an interval of 2-2 hours, that is, we should not remain hungry.
